Plus, there are cheaper tickets for teens and kids, and free passes for kids under six. Need gear? Rentals won’t cost a fortune here either. Although there are no accommodations at the mountain, Bozeman is just 25 minutes away, offering plenty of budget-friendly hotels and rentals.
And when the ski day wraps up? Bozeman delivers. Dig into affordable student eats, explore the world-renowned Museum of the Rockies with its incredible dinosaur collection, soak in local hot springs, or lace up your skates at one of several outdoor rinks.

Brundage Mountain, Idaho
